Their idea of addressing residents complaints is sending out a mass email and that is it. Upon moving in they gave me two keys and one didn't work. They told me I can go to a home Depot to make a duplicate. Why should I spend my money when you gave me a spare key that doesn't unlock anything but my hate for this place. I can hear my nieghbors laughing and talking and I can tell what they're watching on TV just by staying quiet.
